Macdonald & Company are representing an international company with the recruitment of an experienced Fund Accountant to join their London based office.  You will be responsible for all financial transactions and property accounting activities.

The Job:

• Leading and motivating a team of Fund Accountants
• Management accounting
• Financial reporting on excel
• Annual statutory accounts
• Preparing NAV statements
• Banking reconciliations
• VAT returns
• Producing fund data
• Cash management
• Following finance procedures
• Building relationships with senior management
• Compliance
• Working to deadlines

Skills for the job:

• You will have experience of working as a Fund Accountant, ideally within the property sector
• You will have experience of managing a team
• You will be degree educated or equivalent and hold a professional finance qualification such as an ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
