THE JOB
This is a newly created role, with the primary objective to create and implement processes to take the business to the next stage of their development.
The business has a preference to engage a senior finance professional on a part time basis. They are also attracted by the option of engaging the candidate initially on an interim basis.
Duties and responsibilities will include;
- Managing an Accounts Assistant
- Leading relationships with the invoice finance provider
- Managing working capital and aged debt
- Implementing new cash control processes
- Improving management reporting
THE CANDIDATE
- Previous experience of working in finance leadership roles within an SME environment.
- Strong communicator and commercial skills
