Interim Financial Controller

Interim Financial Controller is required for an entrepreneurial Tech focused organisation based in London. The company has just gone through a £3m crowdfunding process and is growing rapidly. As a result, the company is looking to appoint a high-calibre, commercially orientated finance professional who will be responsible for driving and setting up the group's finance operations across the global business. Reporting directly to the CFO, your principal responsibilities will include:

• Lead on the financial control environment for the Group in the UK and its other countries in operation Take the lead on statutory reporting for all of the Group's legal entities, managing the relationship with the auditors and ensuring a successful annual audit process
• Drive improvement and efficiencies on all aspects of financial reporting and financial planning
• Roll out FP & A processes whilst building business partner relationships across the organisation
• Responsible for the development of a new ERP system (SAP) with focus on enhancing financial control and process improvement along with a variety of strategic ad hoc projects

The successful candidate will be a 'hands on' focused qualified accountant with a high level of commercial acumen. Ideally you will be ACA Qualified from the 'Big Four' and have experience of implementing / improving systems / financial framework.
