We are an international property and infrastructure group, with UK headquarters in central London. Due to the continued growth of the EMEA business, there is a requirement for a Statutory Reporting Accountant.

  • Contribute to various financial accounting tasks and financial statement preparation reflecting earnings, profits, cash balances and other financial results to ensure compliance with approved accounting standards
  • Support the preparation, analysis and distribution of monthly management reports including operational reports, statistics and other financial management results, ensuring reconciliation and accurate variance analysis.
  • Support data quality and integrity of monthly management reports including Planning Budgeting Forecasting, Business Unit Reporting, Commercial Assessments and operational reports.
  • Contribute to the preparation and analysis of management reporting information to support and inform management decisions with regards to financial planning, control and performance management processes.
  • Contribute to various financial accounting tasks and financial statement preparation reflecting earnings, profits, cash balances and other financial results to ensure compliance with approved accounting standards.
  • Support internal and external reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting to achieve regulatory and business outcomes.
  • You will be a Part Qualified accountant with sound commercial acumen and understanding of general and transactional accounting, cost accounting and reporting.
