Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (FP&A Manager)

A high growth Technology business is looking for a motivated and ambitious Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. This role will report to the Head of Financial Planning and will manage the group's budget, operating plan, quarterly forecasts and strategic plan. This individual will also help to produce the Board and Exec presentations.

Key to success in this role will be the individual's ability to communicate with senior stake holders, understand the key drivers of the business and subsequently strive to improve the quality of reporting, analysis and information. The business is growing rapidly and so this individual will play a key role in understanding the drivers of that expansion. The FP&A Manager will work with senior business leaders to put the correct KPIs in place in order to monitor that growth.

The ideal profile is someone who is a qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with strong post-qualified experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis role. This individual will need good experience of budgeting and forecasting and experience of partnering with senior stake holders would be hugely beneficial.
