Senior Manager / Director

Reed Finance have joined partnerships with a fast growing cooperate pensions business. They are a leader in their market and due to continual growth they are looking for a new Senior Manager/Director. You will need to need to be a fully qualified chartered accountant to fulfil this role.

This client facing role will be working closely with the CEO and MD to help maintain current business and of course bring in new business. You will need to have strong financial, analytical and good written communication, to help strengthen then team.

Based in the heart of Mayfair, this will be a fantastic opportunity to learn from an inspirational entrepreneur and be part of continual growth.

Skills that are required:

• MUST be fully qualified ACA
• Have good modelling skills (cash flow)
• Have a good understanding or corporate credit and risk analysis
• Good written and verbal communication
• Well presented as will be client facing

The business is operating quite a niche market so they understand the new candidate will not hold direct experience. However, please see below a list of backgrounds that will potentially have some key crossover and transferrable skills:

• Been part of a finance team in a corporate
• Been working in pensions or restructuring in an accountancy practice
• Worked on the credit side of a commercial bank
• Worked on the advisory side of an investment bank
• Actuarial perhaps (although you are less likely to have the formal accounting and credit skills)

Flexible working is available for this role (flexible working hours, 4 days a week or work from home is available)
