FP&A Manager

I am currently recruiting for a financial planning and analysis manager for an extremely large and high profile business head quartered in Birmingham City Centre. They are tasked with managing services across the midlands area, ensuring successful and efficient services across multiple geographic locations and sectors.

This role will play a key part in the business as you review the financial successes and issues on individual projects and provide analysis and explanation to support the trends as well as business partnering with senior management team; helping to improve business strategy.

The successful candidate will be someone who is at a qualified level (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong experience in a role focussed on improving efficiencies and financial performance on numerous Projects. There is also the opportunity to manage a team of like-minded people, previous experience of this would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Have experience in handling numerous projects, producing high level analysis and having strategic input- being able to evidence this will be key in securing the role.
• Have experience managing or supervising people in a working environment
