R2R Process Owner

Job Overview:

• To ensure compliance and integrity of the R2R processes related to Group / Management financial reporting
• Provide functional expertise of in scope processes to Business Services deployment teams
• Work alongside Global Service Managers, Functional Analysts and Transformation Manager to enable successful deployments
• To support GPO in designing & ownership of the end to end R2R processes including:
• High level business process flows
• Fully documented template design for each process
• Financial controls and Reports required within each of the processes
• Definition, execution and approval of system test scenarios (UAT)
• Preparation of the business training materials and delivery of super user training
• Development of the training materials for the 3rd Party Shared Service Centres including the working instructions and the training delivery.
• On-going knowledge transfer into markets and SSC on process changes/modifications
• Structure, present and facilitate fit gap workshops to identify country variances to the global operating model
• Point of escalation for any process related change request from deployment teams

Background:

• Experience of working in a complex, Matrix organisation with a global scope.
• Relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
