Finance Business Partner
Our client is a global fashion retailer going thought a period of growth and looking to raise the bar within the commercial finance team
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, in this role you will be responsible for partnering with the department heads and managing one member of staff
Key objectives of the role:
- Business partner with all central department Directors and Heads (including Logistics, Marketing, IT, Visual, HR and Buying & Merchandising).
- Support all departments in producing business cases for investments and make recommendations regarding approvals
- Alongside Commercial Directors and Heads, agreeing an annual budget and update periodic forecasts - challenge assumptions, variances, and influence efficiencies
- Engaging and motivating the team to work collaboratively
Candidate Requirements:
Candidates must be available on short notice
- Qualified Accountant (+3 years post qualified experience )
- Track record in commercial acumen and decision making skills
- Evidence of delivering effective business partnering

- Advanced Excel & Modelling skills
- Excellent presentation skills
