Interim Commercial Finance Manager

My client, a global, Surrey based FMCG, is currently looking to recruit an interim commercial finance manager for a period of seven months. The role has arisen due to a re organisation of the commercial finance team and represents an opportunity to join a highly skilled team with a positive attitude in an upbeat environment.

The key purpose of the role is to support the commercial team in a business partnering capacity working with various stakeholders across the business via the production of robust budget planning and delivery.  

Areas of responsibility include finance business partnering with stakeholders; coordinating business planning with reporting, budget and forecasting reviewing overhead expenditure, preparing management accounting information and analysis and maintaining forecast models.

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified and will have relevant experience, ideally from an FMCG or Retail environment, in a commercial accounting capacity. Strong Excel skills and exposure to SAP. Managerial experience would also be an advantage as this role has one direct report.
