Genuine no2 opportunity for a leading Engineering/ Construction business in the Surrey area. Excellent brand, with strong and direct leadership. Working with the FD and Commercial teams, you will be responsible for driving the company's day to day finances and managing/ coaching a high performing team.
- Co-ordination of consolidated Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Report Packs to the Board
- Preparation of Annual statutory company and subsidiary accounts (and JVs)
- Co-ordination of annual budget preparation - PnL / BS (including emphasis on working capital and cash)
- Preparation of tax returns, support on SAO on all tax matters
- Cash management including FOREX
- Team management 15
- Integrity of, and development of all systems
- Liaison with external Auditors
To be considered, you will have demonstrable experience in the Construction/ Engineering industry for a number of years, whether it would be in a senior central finance or divisional business position. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with experience of leading teams.
