US Technology business is building a new team in Berkshire and requites an Interim Global Controller to assist the CFO in laying down the foundations. A hugely innovative and public company, this a great project for someone who has the industry experience to play a pivotal role in this challenging start up phase.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the preparation of the monthly global financial statements (US GAAP)
- Work with Sales Team on Revenue Recognition
- Ensure the timely completion of the monthly close
- Ensure a complete and accurate consolidation process
- Project work
You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with experience in the EMEA entity of a large US Tech Business, with experience of process improvement, staff management and focus on building a best in class finance function.
