Systems Reporting Analyst

Systems Reporting Analyst (6 - 9 Months)
£300 - £350 per day

Our client, a dynamic FTSE 100 employer of choice, currently going through an exciting period of change, is looking to source a top calibre Systems Analyst to join a pivotal project on an interim basis. The role will run until the end of the year, with other opportunities likely arising internally during that time, given the size and track record of the business.

You will be responsible for developing the reporting of a new repairs & maintenance system, used to track spend, assets and associated revenue streams. You must ensure it is linked throughout the business and on the new financial system, which has a go-live date in September.

Main focus:
* Confirming flow of financial information between General Ledger and maintenance system
* Recreating weekly reporting
* Ensuring system data extracts account for spend correctly
* Building a monthly view of spend
* Creating monthly journal files to the GL and Fixed Assets Team
* Reviewing data extracts
* Creating Operational reporting
* Establish KPI measures linked to spending

Key skills and qualifications required:
* Strong financial accounting background
* Advanced Excel/Modelling
* Experience designing end to end process
* Confident working with large volumes of data and detail, summarising concisely
* Ability to identify issues and communicate confidently with multiple stakeholders
* Keen problem solver with initiative and a positive attitude
