Global Organisation urgently requires a SSC Finance Project Analyst to join the team on a 6 month plus assignment. The SSC Finance Process Analyst would require a finance background, with Project Management Office experience . Duties of the SSC Finance Project Analyst would provide project support to a major project within the Billing and Credit and Collections Department. Duties of the SSC Finance Project Analyst include:

Provide project administration activities to the Project lead.

Ensure all meetings are planned, agenda’s distributed, meetings minutes and actions identified and followed through.

Develop detailed work plans, and ensure solution plans are in place.

Follow up with team to ensure execution against plans within agreed time frame.

Establish trust with project staff, and develop strong working relationships.

Identify cross functional dependencies and work with relevant department stakeholders to co-ordinate and priorities activities.

Regular management reporting on the status of the project.

Provide input to the development of key learning from each sub project.

Have an understand of US GAAP

This is a fast paced, dynamic working environment, therefore the candidate would be "hand on", have a strong work ethic and have great attention to detail. The SSC Finance Project Analyst would require solid experience in one of the following finance operations: P2P, GL, Billing or Credit Collections. Must be flexible and react to a constantly changing environment. Previous experience in a global multi site environment is essential.
