Your new role

Our client is seeking a strong Finance Manager, ideally a first time mover is possible. Must have a progressive background and be fully qualified.

The role will entail.

Responsible for consolidating the monthly Source of Sales report and Weekly Sales Trend for NOLA, SOLA, EMEA
Assist in evaluating the above to formulate a set of risks and opportunities which will be fed back to the Commercial Business leadership teams
Provide support for Annual Budget and 3 Years Plan (Template set up, Target setting and consolidation)
Analyse Actuals and Forecast to provide better insight into forward looking trend
Train individual from Finance and Non Finance background

Experience of working within an operational environment preferable and ability to integrate groups including Corporate and Clusters.
Good overall understanding of the Avon direct selling model
