Payroll Manager 

I am currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join a leading, services company based in Birmingham. This company is looking for an experienced, professional Payroll Manager to join their business due to an internal promotion.

This role will include dealing will all aspects of Payroll ranging from providing analysis of absences, overtime and other payroll information to interacting with all colleagues within the company. My client is looking for an individual who can make the role their own with the possibility of developing a team in the future.

Ideally you will;

  • Be able to manage the entire payroll function with extensive knowledge of the latest relevant legislations laws
  • Have prior experience of working within the services industry, however applicants without this knowledge will still be considered
  • Be able to deal with both finance and non-finance employees should any queries arise, possessing outstanding communication skills
  • Have good excel skills with the ability to use key formulas and spread sheets that can be analysed easily when presented to the Operations Team
