Do you have an interest in cars and would like to support their production? Gleeson Recruitment Group are working with an International automotive group who are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to support the manufacturing teams with financial control, analysis and reporting.

Reporting directly into a Finance Manager you will gain exposure to a fast paced environment and take on responsibility for developing junior staff, workload allocations, cost reviews and manpower planning. You will also have control of the budget and business plan, helping to drive business transformation and improve reporting and act as the business partner for all operational partners.

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will gain exposure to:

• Supporting the manufacturing management team with detailed analysis and labor and overhead reporting
• Be the main business partner for operational teams and also interact with central function finance
• Controlling and reporting all income and spend for each business area
• Developing corporate financial strategy
• Capex investment performance reporting

Is the Senior Finance Analyst right for me?

Ideally, you will be recently qualified or at the final stage of your ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification and have a keen interest in cars, with the drive and ambition needed to succeed in an international organisation that can offer multiple progression opportunities.

Coming from a management accounting or analysis background would be an advantage combined with manufacturing experience, however, due to the nature of the role an outgoing personable individual who is not afraid of a challenge and can demonstrate the ability to build relationships with challenging stakeholders would put you in consideration.
