Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a leading manufacturing business based in Scunthorpe as the look to recruit and commercially minded Finance Manager.

Reporting in to the Head of finance the successful Finance Manage will be responsible for overseeing the accurate production of all financial results and leading on the budgeting and forecasting process for one of the key divisions within the business.
Managing a team of 8 you will be influential in ensuring the financial accounting team and transactional function is operating efficiently while holding tight rains on key costs, managing risk and continued recommendations for improvements.

Elevation Recruitment Group would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

*ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
*Substantial post qualified experience ideally in a fact paced manufacturing/retail environment
*Up to date knowledge of accounting standards and requirements
*Strong systems skills including advanced Excel
*Proven man management exposure
*Strong budgeting and forecasting experience
*Business partnering experience
*Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
