The Opportunity

We’re currently working with a private equity backed telecoms group based in Central London to recruit an interim M&A Consultant, for a 3-6 month period. The role will report to an experienced CFO and will provide a pinnacle part in supporting a string of acquisitions.

The Role

 You will be responsible for reviewing M&A strategy, identifying potential acquisitions, through to corporate due-diligence and integration of businesses. Targets at present are businesses with EV’s of c£5-10m with service offerings or customer bases that can complement the current strategy. Day rate is circa £500 p/d, however this is negotiable both up and down dependent on experience.

The Requirements

I’m looking to speak to experienced M&A Consultants who have had exposure to Transaction Services / Corporate Finance teams within the BIG 4. You will have a proven track record of both financial due-diligence and integration experience, and be available within 2 weeks tops.
