Senior IT Auditor

Global financial services organisation are looking to recruit a technically astute IT audit professional. This is a newly created role. 

Reporting to the Head of IT Audit, you will be expected to conduct technology audit assignments across the group assessing and testing controls, providing assurance and making suitable recommendations for improvement where necessary. Key duties include planning, performing and reporting internal audit reviews, contribute to the internal audit programme planning process, work with the risk team to improve effective risk management and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You will evaluate existing processes and controls, establish yourself as an expert in IT risk and control and evidence resolving issues arising from audits and audit actions.

The successful candidate will be either CISA or hold a relevant qualification, be a lateral thinker and problem solver, possess strong communication skills and have the ability to generate recommendations which improve business processes and demonstrate commercial awareness.
