Mixed Tax Senior / Assistant Manager

Venture Recruitment Partners is working with a Reputable Accountancy Practice based in Farnham who are looking to expand their team and create a new Mixed Tax Role. They have flexibility on what level they bring someone in at, although the preference is towards a Senior / Assistant Manager.

The Tax Team is currently 11 people and the Managing Partner is CTA qualified with a wealth of experience behind her. Their client base is 90% Owner managed Businesses operating across a variety of sectors with turnovers of up to c. £10/m. They primarily operate in the Surrey area, but also have a Buckinghamshire office.

The role will be Mixed Tax and the preference is towards someone who is technically strong with experience in both Personal and Business Tax. You will be given the freedom and autonomy to work closely with your clients with the support of a good quality Senior Management Team.

They are offering a salary of up to £50k + benefits including free parking and flexi-time. There are members of the team who work part-time which for people that need flexibility will be supported.

You will be a qualified accountant ACA, CTA, ATT or studying towards a professional qualification. You will have previously worked in a Tax role, preferably in Practice and be prepared to operate in a varied role, which will give you exposure to both Personal and Business Tax.
