A globally integrated Media Technology business are currently seeking an experienced Financial Controller to take responsibility for consolidating the worldwide financial results of the business and managing the worldwide accounting operations. The role will require a candidate with strong international experience, excellent technical skills and strong commercial/business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key business partner/'Number Two' to the CFO on both operational and strategic decisions
- Work with sales teams to review complex contracts and ensure recognition and compliance
- Coordinate prep of Worldwide financial statements and consolidation of all company entities
- Manage US/Foreign Bank relationship
- Key POC for worldwide finance teams regarding best practice
- US GAAP/IFRS reporting
Ideal candidate will be/have:
- Must have expert knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS
- Technology/Software/Technology background highly beneficial
- Practice qualified (ACA) desirable
- Experience of IPO/M&A events
- Excellent business partnering skills
