The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting a Head of Group FP&A for a large Technology business based in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance leadership for the function, responsible for directing all activities of the finance business support for the function
- Lead and manage the Financial Forecasting and Planning for all aspects of the functional P&L and related KPIs
- Reporting and analysing each of the financial periods results and producing the regular business forecasts for management within defined timelines
- Key business partner to the Functional leader and an active member of the overall Functional leadership team
- Responsible for all business analysis and support, ensuring the execution of business objectives and playing a key role in the functional leadership team to help them accomplish the growth and margin / cost targets set by the company
- Manage the Functional FPA finance team to ensure support models are optimised in the Function and aligned to Company requirements
Requirements
- ACA / CIMA Qualified or equivalent
- Group FP&A Controllership experience within a large multi-national organisation
