A proactive and highly personable Finance Business Partner is required for a well-established business in Wiltshire. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering excellent opportunities and to be an integral part of a dynamic finance team.
The Finance Business Partner will partner with operational management to influence key decisions. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting decision making in the branch operations business.
- Identifying and managing risks and opportunities.
- Preparing budget and forecast submissions.
- Monitoring cost drivers to better evaluate and assess business opportunities.
- Supporting branch managers in the understanding of the cost drivers that influence their operational and financial performance.
- Analysing key performance indicators.
The Finance Business Partner will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with the ability to communicate to all levels of management with different financial awareness. You will also be analytically strong to interpret data quickly and efficiently.
