Finance Manager

One of the UK's fastest growing Fintech organisations are looking for a Finance Manager to join their dynamic finance team. This is a broad finance role where you will be exposed to the whole business in a role that is critical to the continued growth of the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning production of high quality financial accounts for the EMEA region
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX processes
• Streamlining the processes currently in place and ensuring best practice
• Managing the demands of key stakeholders within the business and developing relationships with external stakeholders
• Managing the relationship with external auditors
• Ad hoc projects

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a "hands on" approach, either working in industry or from a practice background. You will possess a high degree of technical accounting competency. It is vital that you have the intellectual horsepower to understand technical accounting and possess the gravitas and confidence to explain complex financial information to senior business leaders. You will have experience of working within an international environment, ideally a US business.
