Deputy Financial Controller

One of the UK's fastest growing online tech organisations are looking for a deputy financial controller to join their high performance finance team. This is an exciting finance role where you will work with the whole business in a role that is critical to the continued growth of the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning production of high quality financial accounts for the EMEA region
• Run the management accounts, providing critical information to business leaders
• Streamlining the processes currently in place and ensuring best practice throughout the business
• Managing the demands of key stakeholders within the business and developing relationships with external stakeholders
• Managing a team of transactional staff
• Ad hoc projects

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a "hands on" approach, with experience of working within industry. You will possess a high level of technical accounting competency. It is vital that you have the intellectual horsepower to understand technical accounting and possess the gravitas and confidence to explain complex financial information to senior business leaders. You will have experience of managing a month end process.
