Role: Finance AdministratorDuration: PermSalary: 16-18kpa Maintain a monthly adequate inventory of office supplies and monitor the use of supplies and equipment to ensure we never run out ( check each week to ensure that we are not running out of anything)Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system for the debtors, creditors, credit control and all aspects of finance department.Liaising with your team - be hands on and help out with any admin duties the finance team hasMatch supplier invoices with purchase orders.Enter supplier invoice to sage.Chase our Suppliers for their monthly statements.Send out monthly statements to our clients.Ordering stock / managing stock levels.Data entry to wages system.Carry out credit checks on companies.Send out credit application packs to new and existing clientsEnsure that all paper work is followed up for credit controlTo conduct any other duties not mentioned above, as projected by the finance manager.
