UK Audit Manager

Greenwell Gleeson are working in partnership with a global business who are looking to strengthen the Group Audit team with a senior appointment. In the position you will play a leading role in supporting the Group Internal Audit function in delivering independent assurance by effectively planning and managing audit projects to help identify and mitigate risk and ensure compliance is adhered to across the business. You will work with stakeholder in all functions of the business and promote best practice. To be considered for the position you will ideally have trained in a large practice and already have industry experience in an Internal Audit capacity. You need to be a natural communicator able to work across all levels of the organisation up to and including board level. Experience with manufacturing would be highly desirable. Finally you will need to have the ability to travel within the UK and internationally form time to time.
