Crewe - c.£70K + Car + Bens
This outstanding financial service enterprise has both award-winning customer service and employee engagement. It has had sustained growth, is compliant, solvent and has a challenging, but achievable, strategic corporate plan.
Due to an organisational restructure, the CEO seeks to appoint an ambitious accountant to join the senior team. The position reports into the CEO and is responsible for the finance function plus company secretarial duties. It is a broad role and, although technical, will have significant commercial interaction as the company continues to develop both organically and by acquisition.
Candidates will be qualified accountants who not only have the technical qualities to lead the finance function but can demonstrate that they have the appropriate values to be part of a customer-centric business. Experience in a Financial Services environment would be useful but is not a prerequisite; more important are your abilities and ambition.
