The Company
Brewster Pratap are recruiting for a construction business who have experienced rapid growth in 2017 and predict this to carry on in 2018 and beyond. They are looking to recruit for an ambitious Senior Management Accountant
The Job
This job will report to the Financial Controller and will provide support to the Finance Director and management team through the production of timely and accurate management and financial information
Assist the Finance Director with the preparation of monthly management accounts
Undertake all regional balance sheet reconciliations and own the resolution issues
Support the review of all budget and forecast variances
Lead the production of cash forecasting and all aspects of cash reporting and identify opportunities for cash improvement and managing risks
Work with the commercial department to ensure the robust forecasting of payments
Update sales price analysis and support and challenge the sales teams to identify new opportunities
Produce reports on monthly marketing spend and review with sales team
Support the monthly/quarterly site review process providing financial information
Prepare information - financial modelling for bids for funding and grants
The Person
Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA with previous experience in a management accounting role. You will be confident, have good attention to detail and be able to meet tight deadlines. You will need to be career driven, have a commercial outlook and want to be a Financial Controller in the future.
