Finance Business Partner

This leading global £multi-billion turnover Business Services group, operating within the UK, Europe, US and AsiaPac markets, has developed an enviable reputation for outstanding professional services and delivering innovative products and solutions. Continued growth has resulted in the need for a 1st class/2:1 graduate qualified ACA/ACCA from a Top 20 firm, to undertake a 12-month assignment as a Finance Business Partner. With a remit to support the Business Services teams in the provision of financial advice, planning, budgeting, analysis & reporting, a broad and varied brief includes:

•Preparation of financials - financial advice, planning, budgeting, analysis & reporting relating to specific Business Services functions
•Business partnering with senior managers to ensure a thorough understanding of cost base & potential developments that may impact on financials
•Preparation of business planning, budgeting & reforecasting processes for business entities
•Preparation of monthly expenditure OPEX & CAPEX analysis, variances & commentaries to advise business units & depts. of ongoing financial position
•Providing technical financial support, financial modelling & advice on internal policies & procedures
•Driving variance analysis to explain significant movements & challenge budget submissions
•Shared management & development of a small finance team

As a 1st class/2:1 graduate ACA/ACCA qualified, you will demonstrate experience of management accounting, budgeting, variance analysis and proficiency in Excel financial modelling, gained within a Big 4 or Top 10 firm. The role demands a confident, self-motivated approach, commercial acumen and the gravitas to influence and advise key stakeholders. Immediate start available.
