Job Overview
£80,000 + car and bonus
Our client is a high growth technology organisation relocating their operational HQ to Reading. They are currently looking to add a few roles to their finance team and urgently require an experienced Head of FP&A.
Responsibilities include;
•Commercial financial analysis
•Budget/overheads responsibility for function
•Responsible for the financial modelling of the Annual 5 year strategic plan
•Lead the annual budget plan process
•Oversight of the production of the monthly management accounts
•Responsible for the preparation of monthly profitability and working capital forecasts
•Maintains and builds a number of strategic (internal) client relationships
•Plans and manages projects requiring considerable creativity, foresight and judgement
•Manages projects which require cross functional co-operation
Essential qualifications
•Degree level education
•Qualified member of an accountancy body (ACA/ACCA or CIMA)
•Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
•Highly motivated and self-starter
•Strong business partnering skills
