Robertson Bell Finance are working with a leading Social Housing Charity based in West London to recruit an Interim Revenue Team Leader for a minimum period of 4 months with the strong possibility of extension.
The main responsibilities of the Interim Revenue team leader are as follows:
*Manage and lead a Rent Income collection and recovery team.
*Raising rent and service charges where clients are vulnerable.
*Using SUN Systems Accounting Package along with Q&A Vision to extract and present data.
*Write and present reports on debt management to senior management as well as non-finance staff.
*Making improvements to the processes to improve efficiency.
The successful candidate will be a part-qualified accountant with experience of managing a team of 3-4 people. Strong excel skills in order to analyse data and create reports are also a necessity. Finally, experience of managing a Revenue Team previously would be a major advantage so that you can hit the ground running. You will be immediately available or on a short notice period in order to be considered.
