A high growth private equity technology business are looking to appoint a Financial Controller due to rapid expansion. Reporting into the Head of Finance you will take ownership for all finance, accounting and reporting activities, key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and presentation of results to the executive team and shareholders
- Involvement in the due diligence and integration of future acquisitions
- Supporting the implementation of a new finance system
- Reviewing and improving current processes and systems
- Liaising with the wider business and their budget holders
- Overseeing a team of 9, managing their workloads and career development
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Ensuring compliance with corporation tax, VAT, PAYE
Suitable applicants must be ACA Qualified and have worked in industry, you don't need to have held a Financial Controller role previously but must be able to demonstrate strong financial reporting experience and experience in managing teams.
