Detailed Job Description
There is a vacancy for a Semi Senior Accountant to join TCS Business Management. They provide an excellent, supportive working environment where you will be working in a team to prepare statutory accounts and tax returns.
This would include preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships, preparation of personal tax returns and attending client meetings. The role would also involve offering technical support and assisting with the development of junior staff.
To be considered for the position you will need to have experience in the following:
AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA
Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role within an accountancy practice
Preparation of accounts for limited companies and corporation tax returns
Preparation of accounts for sole traders and partnerships
Preparation of personaltax returns
Bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT returns and payroll
Sage 50 Accounts and Microsoft Excel
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational, communication and numeracy skills. The ability to work to strict deadlines and an eye for detail is essential, as well as the desire to do a good job. The ideal candidate would have recent experience and knowledge of computerised bookkeeping systems, looking to progress their career and develop their skills.
