Two Finance Leads required for a 12 month contract based in Merseyside with the following skills:
Finance Lead for Capacity and Demand Review across all Specialities
Finance Lead to support the Trust Quality, Efficiency and Productivity (QEP) Programme
The qualities and experience we are looking for include:
Have extensive experience in a senior finance role with experience of NHS finance and the NHS financial regime
Experience of income demand and capacity planning
Experience of activity modelling
Experience of income and management accounting
Experience of transformational projects and of developing efficiency schemes (CIP and QIPP )
Experience of managing the financial aspects of projects spanning multiple financial years
Experience of proactively providing an effective and professional financial input to business cases
Experience of financial planning and costing around merger
PLEASE NOTE the successful will be required to act as an advisory dealing with clinicians, reviewing, costing for transformation and Integration projects.
