I am currently sourcing for a Business Analyst who has extensive experience within merges and acquisitions (M&A).
My client is currently working through a period of aggressive acquisition. Several deals have been completed already this year with a number currently being pursued simultaneously. Due to the increase in workload across the M&A team, there is now a requirement to support on an initial 3 month basis. You will be expected to review company statutory accounts to determine valuation, create financial models, detail future projections and forecasts and conduct rigorous due diligence.
The successful Business Analyst will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent) and ideally have worked within a corporate finance setting or similar environment. You will be available at short notice and offer commitment to the term of the contract.
