Financial Accountant

As a global leader within the Property Services sector, this established group provides market leading, end-to-end solutions and “best in class” investor services to an international client portfolio. A high profile and complex EMEA transformation programme and integration project, following a merger of two large businesses, has created an exciting opportunity for a part qualified accountant with Property sector experience, to undertake a 6-month assignment as a Financial Accountant. Supporting the UK Financial Controller, you brief includes:

•Driving the monthly reconciliations processes
•Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations prior to submission to the UK Financial Controller
•Supporting on the preparation & reporting of UK entity financial results to US based Head Office
•Ensuring all UK financial reporting complies with Corporate guidelines
•Reviewing the preparation of intercompany accounts
•Supporting the UK Financial Controller on legacy finance issues resulting from a recent FSSC BPO – finance outsourcing
•Delivering corporate reporting & commentary on actuals & budgets

As a part qualified ACA or ACCA with experience of the Property sector, you will demonstrate strong technical accounting skills, experience of managing the month end reporting and reconciliation process and have previous exposure to a multi-entity, multi-currency business environment. The role demands a self-motivated, energetic approach, the ability to problem solve and the gravitas to influence and advise the non-finance community. Immediate start available.
