Experienced Finance Manager to work in Barnet

Experienced Finance manager /Accountant is urgently required to work for an established company based in Barnet ,North London . Reporting to the Finance Director and supervising a small team you will be responsible for all the day to day transactional operations of the company together with Monthly Financial and Management Accounts, Balance sheet reconciliations and reporting, cash management , forecasting ,KPI ,analysis. and commentary . This is a very "hands on" role with lots of interaction with a variety of people at all levels including customers, marketing ,sales , branch managers and operational staff so a flexible attitude together with excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential . The ideal candidate will be a qualified or part qualified accountant a good problem solver ,patient, organised and methodical with a can do attitude and a willingness to come out of the office and get involved with the day to day operational functions. Strong IT skills including Sage and excel experience is desirable
