Divisional Finance Director

A highly successful £multi-billion, international Facilities Management & Building Services company wants to hire an experienced and professional Divisional Finance Director.

Commercial and pragmatic you will be comfortable in both corporate and SME environments. The role is hands on and strategic, working closely with the MD of  a £60m business and the wider Corporate Group board to drive value creation. Key elements of the role will be to improve financial transparency, effectiveness of the systems and processes whilst delivering change programmes, operational efficiency and strong financial control.

This is a very successful business in its own right who provide a breadth of facility and building maintenance related services across both the private and public sector. You will need to be a qualified Finance Director or Financial Controller; a strong man manager, communicator and an advocate for systems and processes. Ideally you will have experience working in a fast paced, high volume, multi-site and service led environment where corporate governance is required.

A background of financial leadership in a highly transactional environment such as technical mobile engineering or M&E services would be a plus. Also experience in business re-engineering, development and implementation of new IT systems that introduces and delivers rigorous commercial and financial process will be a great advantage too.
