FP&A Manager

I am recruiting the role of FP&A Manager for a global and growing organisation based in South East Essex.

Reporting into the Finance Director this role will be a key link between multiple areas of the business outside of finance including manufacturing and sales. You will be the go to person for all management reporting including monthly management reports, budgeting and forecasting, working capital and operational expenditure reports.

The role:-
• Driving the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes, building the financial modelling, analysis and presenting to senior management
• Weekly analysis of orders, sales, profit and cash
• Improve and develop existing internal reports
• Manage Working Capital and department spending analysis
• Business Partnering with the commercial team to achieve sales objectives with regular monthly travel into the EMEA Region
• Prepare various ad hoc reporting for both regional and Group requirements

The candidate:-
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
• Experienced within a senior finance role
• Good communications skills and experience of dealing with non finance people essential
• Manufacturing background would be preferable
• Must be use to managing large volumes of data
