Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a dynamic and fast growing private equity-backed business services company, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to help navigate its next period of development. This international company is technologically groundbreaking and enjoys the full support of its highly regarded backers.

The depth and breadth of this role's remit make it particularly exciting. As CFO you will lead the finance function and manage the company's banking relationships, but you will also be deeply involved with strategy, and make significant commercial decisions working with the board and private equity backers. This is a company with lofty aspirations, and continued organic growth will be bolstered by M&A work, which you will lead from sourcing to integration. Ultimately the private equity house intends to exit the business, so candidates with this experience will be given special consideration.

Given our client's ambitions, we are looking for highly commercial candidates who have held a CFO position within a private equity backed business. You should be able to demonstrate a successful record of organic and acquisitive growth, with direct experience of the exit process. As the group is international, experience working in a complex international business is a must and strong analysis, KPI reporting skills cannot be overstated.
