Finance Assistant

FINANCE ASSISTANT-ACCOUNTS PAYABLE- 12-15 MONTH FTC - CAMBRIDGE £21,000-£23,000

Exclusive fixed assignment available for one of Cambridgeshire's leading Science research organisation. Ideally part/fully AAT qualified ledger clerk required to lead the transactional function.

In your new role your key responsibilites include;
•Matching all invoices to purchase orders
•Code and input manual invoices into the financial system
•Liaise with purchasing and internal stakeholders
•Manage supplier queries
•Weekly payment run for all legal entities
•Maintain and update Account Payable related spreadsheets on a weekly basis
•Check, input and process employee expense –
•Integration of new acquisitions into iExpense and financial systems

What they require from you;
•Working knowledge of Oracle is preferable
•Can-do personality
•Good attention to detail

You will be joining a large finance team, undergoing a transition of change. You will be a vital member of the team assisting with on going growth across the division.
