Revenue Manager

An excellent opportunity for a finance professional to join a leading business in their field based in Surrey. As the Revenue Accounting Manager, you will work across the organisation and you will be accountable for accounting and training in addition to being the expert for revenue recognition.

As the Revenue Accounting Manager, your role will entail, however not limited to:

• As well as providing support from a revenue recognition stance on deals and contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and policies, you will write accounting documentations and memos regarding revenue impacting deals.
• You will work with the corporate business unit to ensure new revenue rules are implemented and adhered to.
• It is crucial that you continuously develop revenue reporting and that management revenue reporting is accurate.
• You will build a forecasting process whilst supporting revenue forecasting process looking at revenue recognition.
• You will take the lead on implementation accounting policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to the relevant literature.

As the Revenue Accounting Manager, you will be a Qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with over 5 years post qualified experience and you must have extensive experience reporting under US GAAP. It is crucial that you have a successful track record in a very similar role and you will also need to have worked in an IT or Tech organisation supporting contracts and deals. As the Revenue Accounting Manager, you will be working in a fast paced and dynamic environment so it is fundamental that you can work under pressure. In addition to being exceptionally analytical, you will need to utilise excellent communication skills whilst working across the organisation.
