Our client, a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, PE-backed specialist services company, is seeking to appoint a well-rounded Financial Controller to take responsibility for all aspects of day to day financial activities.
Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of finance professionals
- Supporting and deputising for the CFO
- Ensuring production of timely, accurate and insightful management accounts / information
- Delivering the statutory accounts Improving processes, procedures and systems
- Managing cash flow Working the team and external advisors to deliver on tax, treasury and audit matters
- Working with the business to ensure finance is continued to be seen as a natural business partner
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate and qualified accountant
- Strong financial & management accounting skills
- Natural leader of people
- Good track record of continuous improvement
Package: Up to £85k base, £5k car allowance, up to 15% bonus, plus benefits
