Your new company
An International SME recruitment business is looking to hire a Head of Finance to lead the London finance function. This is a broad role with excellent exposure to senior stakeholders across the business and management of a small team.
Your new role
This role has responsibility for all areas of finance including controls, payroll, tax and reporting across the international remit. You will also be responsible for leading the team, providing guidance at busy times of the year including month-end, year-end and budget setting process. This role will be providing high level MI, analysing performance and KPI reporting and will be working closely with the board to produce commercial proposals to key clients. You will also be working closely with a wide range of stakeholders from sales staff through to the board.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with experience in the recruitment or professional services sectors. You will need to have had previous experience working in a international business and dealing with international offices. You will need proven staff management experience and be a confident communicator, capable of achieving buy in from senior stakeholders and leading from the front in the finance function.
