Your new company
This is a really unique opportunity to join a business as they look to develop their business. The company are targeting a very high end market and are currently at pre profit stage, they have introduced a new technology to the market and have an exceptional operational team.
Your new role
The role will be reporting directly into the MD. The position will be tasked with identifying and implementing process improvements as well as delivering management reporting on a timely basis. You will be required to be present in operational meetings, establishing finance as a key part of the organisations strategic processes.
The successful applicant will be responsible for two internationally based transactional staff and will have a long term mandate to build the HQ in London.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have the drive and determination to move a business forward in the long term, communicating and making non finance see the value in the function. With the foundation of being a qualified accountant, you will need to be looking to work in a high growth environment and have the ambition to do so. You will need to have the capability to take ownership for statutory function and liaison with auditors.
