A leading production company are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. The role will be on a temporary basis for initially 2 months however there is a possibility that this will be extended. Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager this role is an opportunity to work within a successful growing business with the support of fun team.
Responsibilities
- Registering and posting of supplier & freelancer invoices
- Payment runs
- Production teams cash and credit card expenses
- Reconciliations
- Data analysis
Requirements
- AAT qualified of 6 months + experience in AP
- Good understanding of VAT
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with finance and non-finance members of staff
