About the M&A and Investments Senior Manager:
The M&A and Investments Senior Manager based in Central London will work on the execution of M&A transactions and the management of internal investment control.
As M&A and Investments Senior Manager your key responsibilities will be:
- Executing M&A transactions and performing due diligence
- Providing financial oversight and advising on financial structuring for capital-intensive projects and/or securing external project funding
- Managing internal investment control or investment committee process
- Responding to ad-hoc queries from the Executive Committee - company research, investment analysis, valuation and financial modelling, etc.
- Managing end-to-end analytical projects
With a background in an accounting practice, a corporate or investment banking, your should have strong modelling and corporate finance experience and be used to working in a global fast paced environment.
