Badenoch & Clark is currently partnering a highly esteemed company based out of Crawley towards the appointment of a Billings Accounts Assistant. With a comprehensive remuneration package including private medical insurance, life assurance and pension, this role is ideal for someone with demonstrable experience within an accounts assistant role and with prior exposure to a billings environment.
You will be accountable for the financial management of client matters including the construction of client bills and handling of client money in congruence with company policy and procedure. As such you must retain strong communicative skills as well as an exemplary level of numeracy. Due to the nature of the role you will have a background in a billings, legal or professional services environment.
Accountabilities:
*Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of client related information including; client bills, disbursements and client money.
*Open files on the database and maintain information
*Liaise with internal professional staff and external stakeholders
*Ad hoc tasks to be completed as required
Essentials:
*Exposure to a billings environment, ideally within professional services
*Excellent IT skills with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
*Familiarity with VAT requirements
*High level of numeracy
*Good communication skills and capacity to manage stakeholders at all levels
